Puerto Vallarta is fast becoming such a popular hot spot that we are now experiencing a more than average increase in Construction Sites in the Romantic Zone.
However, as Signature PH6 is on the SouthWest Corner and is the furthest unit from the north side street construction and NOT impacted by Pulpito street construction.

ADDITIONAL CONCIERGE CHECK-IN FEE FOR CLIENTS ARRIVING BEFORE AND AFTER REGULAR WORKING HOURS of 8 am & 8 pm.

Please be advised that if you are driving or flying to Puerto Vallarta, you must ensure that you plan your travels well and expect to arrive at the rented property no later than 8 PM. on any given day. Clients who arrive after 8 PM. will incur an additional charge of $25.00 USD I.V.A Included which must be paid in cash. This will be collected upon check-in. In addition, there is no check-in time before 8 AM. on any given day, otherwise, the same additional fee of $25.00 USD cash applies. If there is a same-day check out then check-in time is 3 PM.

Dated condo, no electricity, and hostile owner

Condo is in a lovely area, yet photos are misleading, it's dated and drab. Serious miscommunication prior to checkin, we received multiple emails and texts from various people asking for the same info over and over. Then, the nightmare... 1st night, a small power outage. Fine, we thought, that happens during rainy season. 2nd night we fully lost power for 12+ hours...When you're on the 7th floor in the dark with no working elevator, it's scary. The surrounding area had power, it was just this condo because of an electrical issue. 12+ hours of no power we told the host we were leaving and booked other accommodations. We sent him receipts, as requested, so he could help to make things right. Shortly thereafter the power went back on, but we had already paid and let them know our plans. Phil, the owner, became highly concerned with getting a 5-star review and insinuated that he would help us get a refund once we left 5 stars. Yikes! VRBO was unable to give us a refund, but told us it owner could do so at their discretion. Ultimately Phil offered $0 back, not even compensation for 1 partial night. When I said I would share the experience in a review, he hung up on me. Childish and unprofessional. He then accused me of "extortion" when I said I would leave a review of our experience. No extortion here, just sharing our 1-star experience. He did offer us a free stay in the future, but we would not want to go back, nor interact with such an aggressive and neglige host. Be ware!

As a visitor to Puerto Vallarta for the past decade, I fell in love with this newly built (completed November 2014) intimate luxury condominium; Signature by Pinnacle. The moment I stepped into the two story open air lobby, with bar and infinity pool I was smitten! But when I arrived at the fully furnished designer model suite of Penthouse 6, I never wanted to depart! I know all the guests will fall in love with the accommodations as much as I have.

There are many resorts to chose from, but this property on 180 Pulpito Street has received rave reviews by every online rental and travel listing site and is consistently ranked TOP 5 of 124 resorts in Puerto Vallarta.

What makes this property unique

The old town 'Romantic Zone' was first made famous by the film 'The Night of the Iguana' in 1961, written by Tennessee Williams and directed by John Huston, starring Elizabeth Taylor and Richard Burton. And while the resort town has grown greatly, it still retains its cobble stone street old world charm. Hence new construction luxury high rises are a rare commodity in this area - making Signature by Pinnacle and the views from PH6 both a rare find and very desirable for the discriminating traveler.
