Beautiful apartment in the town of San Lucido, in the province of Cosenza, Calabria
with a view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and stunning sunsets.
It is located in a small and quiet terrace house complex with 16 units, situated on a hill surrounded by greenery. In front of the apartment are parking spaces that are shaded by large pine trees in front of the building; from the apartment and the terrace in front of it, you have a direct view of the sea.
It is a ground-floor, two-room apartment featuring a spacious kitchen and living area, a bathroom with a shower, and a large bedroom—totaling 50 square metres—with a 45-square-meter terrace in front equipped with a sun awning.
It’s just one kilometre from the charming village centre and the beach—a 5-minute drive.
Here is the layout:
Entrance, living area with a new dining table for 4 people, new kitchen with a gas stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, and washing machine; bedroom with a new 200x180 cm bed and a separate shower room.

or 30 minutes by Intercity train (€4.70)
Rental cars can also be picked up right outside the airport; alternatively,
there’s a very nice taxi service in San Lucido for short trips.
The town of San Lucido has everything you need: a bank, post office, pharmacy, several supermarkets, and shops selling fresh local meat, fish, fruit, and vegetables.
In the evening, you can dine out at many restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream shops, or bars for relatively little money and enjoy the sunset.
In San Lucido and the immediate surrounding area, there are quiet beaches, beautiful snorkelling spots, and small harbours where you can also rent jet skis or small motorboats.
Many lidos with cafes, umbrella rentals, and showers are also nearby.
