In the hamlet Cà dei Rogni with 15 houses, in the centre of Riserva Naturale Val di Mello, in a quiet position in the residential district, along the wooded area, 250 m from the stream, south-west facing position. 200 m footpath to the house. Parking at 200 m on the premises, public parking 2 km on the road. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant, bar 600 m, bus stop 1.7 km, thermal baths "Bagni di Masino" 5 km, natural swimming pond 300 m. Nearby attractions: Cascata del Ferro 300 m, Laghetto Qualido 300 m, Morbegno 21 km, Ponte Tibetano Ponte nel Cielo 27 km, Sondrio 35 km, Train Bernina Express: Tirano-St Moritz 60 km.
