Das Haus ist mit hellen Holzdecken und Holzoptik-Fliesen sehr ansprechend und gemütlich und dank der Fußbodenheizung immer angenehm temperiert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Bäder haben Tageslicht und es gibt Pflegeprodukte, viele Handtücher und eine großzügige Grundausstattung an Gewürzen, Öl, Zucker, Tees und Kaffee. Es gibt viele Gesellschaftsspiele und Kleinkindspielzeug und im Freibereich ein Trampolin, das auch Gastkinder benutzen können. Unmittelbar hinter der großen Wiese am Haus verläuft ein Wanderweg. Der Bäcker im Ort ist gut sortiert, für größere Einkäufe muss man fahren. Momentan ist das Haus im Außenbereich noch nicht komplett fertig, was aber kein Problem darstellt.
