Exit to the balcony. 1 room 15 m2 with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony 8 m2. Balcony furniture. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Private entrance.
