Vacation in Medulin by the sea

Our apartments are equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The apartment has two bedrooms, a large living room with kitchen (with dishes, coffee machine, hob, fridge ...), bathroom with shower, terrace, air conditioning (5 € per day on request), satellite TV (pets after consultation). For nice evenings with family and friends we also offer a grill with a large table in the garden where you can spend time together. Natural beach is 100m from the house. Parking available for guests.

Schöner Urlaub

Alles bestens und gute Ausstattung. Das Meer quasi direkt vor der HaustĂŒr. Idealer Startpunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge, zum Wandern, Baden und Bummeln in den umliegenden Orten. Sehr gerne wieder. Praktisch wĂ€re noch eine Waschmaschine, da wir 2 Wochen dort waren und es auch keinen Handtuchwechsel gab.

Die Wohnung lĂ€sst keine WĂŒnsche offen. Der Blick aufs Meer ist wunderschön, der naturnahe Kiesstrand ist nicht weit weg; die Hafenpromenade kann man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Pula und der Nationalpark Kap Karmenjak sind nicht weit entfernt und Ă€ußerst sehenswert. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut Deutsch und ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gerne Tipps zu AusflĂŒgen bzw. Restaurants.

Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf's Meer

Sehr nette und gastfreundliche Vermieter. Absolut saubere Wohnung. Nah zum Naturstrand (Kies, Steine). AusflĂŒge nach Pula, Rovinji... gut machbar. 20 Minuten zu Fuß im Strandleben von Medulin Zentrum. Fazit: alles Bestens. Allerdings war fĂŒr uns 1 Woche ausreichend.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus

Wohnung sehr sauber. Das Haus liegt am Rand von Medulin. Lidl und Plodine sind ganz in der NĂ€he. Vermieter spricht sehr gut Deutsch. Ist in allen Angelegenheiten behilflich, Egal ob es um SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten, Geldumtausch, AusflĂŒge, StrĂ€nde oder GasthĂ€user geht.

Perfekter Familienurlaub

Tolles Haus mit ĂŒberaus tollen und lieben Gastgebern, die sehr gut deutsch sprechen und hilfsbereit sind. Die Wohnung ist mit Allem ausgestattet was man benötigt als Selbstversorger. Direkter Zugang zum sauberen landestypischen Kiesstrand der ruhig gelegen ist und flach ins Wasser geht. Alle AktivitĂ€ten in Medulin sind sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen max. 15 min Fußmarsch bis zum Zentrum und den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, super Lage

Sehr schöne und saubere Ferienwohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Sehr nette und kinderfreundliche Vermieter. Das Haus ist direkt am Meer. Zum nĂ€chsten Kiesstrand sind es allerdings 10 Min. zu Fuß. Auch die nĂ€chste Einkaufsmöglichkeit und die Restaurants von Medulin sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub, auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir haben zwei wundervolle Wochen in diesem gemĂŒtlichen, gut gelegenem Appartement verbracht. Die Vermieterfamilie ist sehr zuvorkommen, gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren zwei Wochen in zwei verschiedenen Wohnungen. Beide Wohnungen waren sehr schön eingerichtet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Bilder sind sehr aussagekrĂ€ftig. Es ist eher noch schöner. Die Bucht ist wie gemalt und es ist sehr ruhig. In ca. 13 Gehminuten ist man in Medulin da ist action. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich ( Empfang direkt mit Kaffee, Kuchen , Wein und Bier) und waren fast immer vor Ort und haben Fragen informativ und verstĂ€ndlich beantwortet. Wir hatten zwei Wochen nur 30°. Die Strandauswahl war aber sehr ergiebig so dass es immer was Neues zu sehen und erleben gab. Die Gastronomiepreise liegen einen Tick unter deutschem Niveau(NRW) und die Kellner sind meist freundlich und verstehen auch das wichtigste auf Deutsch. Wir können das Haus ohne EinschrĂ€nkungen weiterempfehlen und wĂŒrden auch selber wiederkommen. Man hat alle Möglichkeiten: Strandurlaub, Aktivurlaub, Shoppen und wahrscheinlich auch feiern.

Strand nah und Top. Sehr nette vermietter

Wir Warren zur 5, davon 2 Kinder. Die Unterkunft war perfekt fĂŒr uns. Es war sauber ordentlich alles notwendige vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist nur das Meer wie auf den Bildern. Der Strand ist direkt zugĂ€ngig ist steinig aber sehr Flach. In der Bucht ist das Wasser immer wĂ€rmer als im offenen Meer. SandstrĂ€nde gibt es in der NĂ€he. Es gibt viele Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Also wir waren zufrieden.
