Punktabzug für Ausstattung wegen defekter Heizung in WC, diese geht überhaupt nicht an. Ganz großes Problem ist, dass die Wohnung keinen Parkplatz hat. An Silvester Stunden damit verbracht, eine Parkmöglichkeit zu finden.
