Private: property (fenced), swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 50 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 31.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: burglar alarm system. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Playa la Roqueta" 8 km. Golf course (12 hole) 1 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
