The Weiße Villen Apartment 25, named "Walfisch," is located in Building 3 at Ostseeallee 16c.

This tastefully furnished apartment offers 68 square metres of space, enough for up to four people, and is ideal for families, couples, or small groups looking to spend a relaxing holiday on the Baltic Sea. The modern ground-floor apartment features three rooms, including two comfortably furnished bedrooms with vinyl flooring.

The light-filled living room forms the heart of the apartment and is furnished with a cosy sofa, armchairs, a chest of drawers, and a dining area. Modern entertainment electronics, such as two TVs, a radio, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability), provide variety and entertainment. The open kitchen, which blends seamlessly into the living area, features a glass-ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a built-in freezer, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a wide variety of dishes and cutlery. Practical appliances such as a vacuum cleaner, a clothes drying rack, and a washing machine for personal use round out the high level of living comfort.

The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, mirror, and hair dryer. A starter kit is also provided to ensure you have a pleasant start to your stay.

The first bedroom features a double bed (180x200 cm) and a wardrobe. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed (2x 80x200 cm). You can store additional clothing on a shelf. Both bedrooms can be darkened with curtains.

Another highlight is the spacious terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and offers a beautiful view of the greenery. Here you can spend relaxing hours or enjoy meals together. The well-maintained outdoor area of the holiday complex includes a playground and a sandpit, making the apartment especially child-friendly. A high chair is available for young guests.

The Weiße Villen Apartment 25 is designated as a non-smoking unit and is located on the ground floor. You’ll find your own private outdoor parking space (Space 25) right next to the building. A charging station (in the lockable bike shed) is available for cyclists.

The cosy and modern 2- to 4-room apartments can accommodate up to 6 people—ideal for families with children. By combining two apartments (via a connecting door), you can even create a 6-room holiday apartment for up to 7 people. Pets are not allowed. As a special service, you’ll find two made-up beds already waiting for you in the bedroom at the Weiße Villen. All apartments feature Wi-Fi and a terrace or balcony.
