The bungalow is simply furnished and set in a peaceful, green area surrounded by tall trees, ensuring a pleasant climate year-round.



Relax on your private, covered terrace—perfect for unwinding with your pets, as the property is fenced. There’s also a shared garden with a barbecue and playground. The lake and Kaolinschacht are just 200 meters away, nestled between forest, lake, and nature.
