This modernly equipped holiday apartment is located on the mezzanine level of a well-maintained building in a central location in Grömitz. The living area features a cosy sitting area, a flat-screen TV, a CD player, and a radio. From the living room, you have direct access to the balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture. The separate kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher, and a 4-burner induction stove. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed; another living room/bedroom is furnished with a sleeper sofa and offers additional space to relax. The bathroom has a shower, as well as a sink and a toilet. A high chair and a travel cot are available.

During the season from approximately May through September, a seasonal beach chair is available on the beach, subject to weather conditions.

An outdoor parking space is available directly in front of the house, subject to availability. A bicycle storage room is available for any bicycles you bring with you. A washing machine is available for washing your holiday clothes. Wi-Fi is included.
