Very beautiful, cosy apartment house "Bellavista", semi-detached. 500 m from the centre of Laino, 10 km from the centre of Porlezza, 20 km from the centre of Menaggio, on a slope, 7 km from the lake. Motor access to the grounds. Stepped path to the house. Single garage space n 1 at the house. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars.
