In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the bustling city of Luino. Beautiful walks can be made directly from the apartment. Wonderfully located in the green, the tastefully furnished apartment "CASA ELENA" is located directly on the edge of the forest.

Alles wie beschrieben. 10/10. Wunderschönes Ort sehr nah zum See trotzdem außerhalb von Touristen. Sehr guter und netter Kontakt mit dem Besitzer. Ich hatte diese paar Tage eine sehr schöne Zeit gehabt. Ich kann es 100% empfehlen!

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf See und Berge

Die Lage des Appartement entsprach unseren Vorstellungen. Im Mai auch noch angenehm ruhig, da wenig Appartement und Häuser belegt waren. Direkte kleine Wanderwege vor der Tür. Luino mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Viele Ausflüge möglich von Bonga. Eine sehr große Terrasse zum Aufhalten, Sonnenbaden und Essen. An kalten Tagen steht ein elektrischer Heizkörper zur Verfügung. Küchenzeile vollkommen ausgestattet zum backen und kochen. Die Einrichtung ist recht klein (Bad und Schlafzimmer), nicht viel Bewegungsraum. Dafür aber gibt es diese wunderbare große Terrasse.

Der Ausblick ist nicht alles

Als erstes habe ich das Antennenkabel repariert und den Sonnenschirm zusammengesteckt. Das"Bad" hat die Maße von 1,4x1,4 Meter. Etwas fülligere Personen werden Schwierigkeiten haben überhaupt in die Dusche zu kommen. Waschbecken defekt. Hält kein Wasser im Becken. Das Schlafzimmer ist so klein, daß man das Bett nur von hinten erreicht. Nichts für etwas eingeschränkte Menschen. Der Weg zur Wohnung ist nicht beleuchtet. Bei den vorhandenen Treppen eine Unfallgefahr. Bis auf eine klemmende Kühlschranktür ist die Küche okay. Die Terrassenmöbel sind top und die Aussicht genial.

Die Lage toll, die Wohnung eine große Enttäuschung.

Wir konnten die Fewo leider gar nicht nutzen, da die Matratze total verdreckt war. Außerdem fehlten Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Wir waren geschockt und informierten sowohl den Vermieter als auch FeWo-direkt. Uns blieb keine andere Wahl, als eine andere Unterkunft zu suchen, was uns die Urlaubsfreude genommen hat. Wir würden für diese Wohnung keine Sterne geben. Schön war nur die Lage.

Gern wieder.

Durchdacht und mit Liebe eingerichtet und den knappen Raum optimal genutzt. An den richtigen Stellen modernisiert und top sauber. Familiär geführt fühlt man sich gleich zu Hause. Für eine Top Aussicht muss man am Lago immer etwas fahren, aber hier ist der Weg zum Objekt mit vergleichsweise wenig Gekurve geschafft - also super. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnanlage. Mit der tollen Terrasse hat man eine echte Ferienhaus-Erfahrung. Der Blick geht kaum besser. Paare oder Alleinreisende, die bewusst am Hang und nicht direkt unten am See wohnen möchten, sind hier goldrichtig.
