Villa LunIstra is a lovely holiday home in the small village of Šivati, in central Istria. It is a great place for families or a group of friends. The villa can welcome up to 10 guests – it has 4 bedrooms with double beds and one double sofa bed in the living room. There are also 4 modern bathrooms, so everyone has their own space.

The best part of Villa LunIstra is the private pool – it is 34 m² and perfect for cooling down on hot days. Around the pool, you will find 6 sunbeds and 1 sun umbrella for relaxing in the sun or shade.

Next to the pool, there is a nice outdoor dining area with a big table for 10 people. You can enjoy long meals with family and friends and use the charcoal barbecue to cook local food.

The villa features a small playground with swings, as well as a mini football field, a badminton net, and table tennis — offering a range of outdoor activities for all ages. There are 3 private parking spaces around the house, so it is easy to park your cars.

Wunderschöne Villa

Traumhafter Urlaub in Wunderschöner Villa. Alles ist da was man braucht wir waren 4Erw. und 5Kinder und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Genauso wünsche ich mir ein Familienurlaub. Die Private Delfin Tour die inkl. war ist das Highlight unserer Reise gewesen. Danke dafür wir kommen wieder. Abzieher in den Duschen sonst nichts. Service usw. alles top.

Wir waren mit 7 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern für 10 Tage in diesem sehr schönen und sauberen Haus. Für alle, Kinder und Erwachsene waren es 5 Sterne. Großer Garten mit vielen Spiel- und Sportmöglichkeiten. Kinderfreundlicher Pool durch eine große Stufe.Der Vermieter war äußert freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Für Fragen immer offen und immer erreichbar, vielen Dank nochmal dafür.Alles in allem war es ein wunderbarer Urlaub.
