A-NAH Condos located centrally one block off of Constituyentes and 20th avenue. Rooftop pool, gym, 24 hour security, business center and underground parking. GREAT LOCATION. Anah Suites is very central near 5th ave & the beach.

This modern 1BD/1BR has AC, a large terrace and open kitchen.

This large one bedroom condo has a huge balcony, furnished with a table for 4. The balcony faces Calle 16.

The spacious living room has two futons that fold down into a bed to accommodate up to a total of 3 people. The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, a flat-screen tv and plenty of closet space. The bathroom opens in two directions, allowing for privacy when using it from the master bedroom.

The kitchen is filled with all of the dishes and cooking utensils you will need to make a fabulous meal at home.

There are laundry facilities in the building, please tell the front desk, there is a cost to use the machines. Please speak to the front desk if you would like to use the washer and dryer, there is a cost. Soap is not provided.

***Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. Included in the rate is a credit of 20 kWh (kilowatt Hours) per day towards the cost of electricity. OUR GOAL IS NOT TO CHARGE YOU FOR ELECTRICITY, but for you to be cautious and aware. For heavy use of electricity, any additional consumption beyond the allotment will be charged at a rate of 6 pesos (about 30 cents USD) per kWh, from your security deposit. We will provide tips that will greatly reduce usage, if followed. A photo will be taken on checkin and checkout dates. ***

MONTHLY RENTERS are responsible to pay 100% of their electricity (to take advantage of our "discounted monthly" pricing (the price that shows when you choose more than 28 nights). 6 pesos per kw. We require a larger deposit for monthly renters, this money will be used to pay the electricity at the end of the month/stay. Any balance is returned to the guest.

First time renting a condo for vacation. Enjoy the PdC area and wanted to be close to groceries, beach and 5th avenue. Location was excellent - within walking distance to everything. Condo was clean with everything you need to set up home for a week or longer. Staff and owners were most accommodating. Only a couple of minor issues - having an outside unit does have some street noise and the patio needs some patio furniture.
