Newly renovated! A dream location in the heart of Oberstdorf with private parking

Located right next to the new Oberstdorf thermal baths and the spa park, you’ll find our modern yet incredibly cosy apartment with unobstructed views of Söllereck, Fellhorn, Nebelhorn, and other beautiful mountain peaks. The colour scheme is almost entirely composed of natural tones, the ceiling beams are made of untreated wood, and the balcony offers a view of the mountains.

The beautiful meadows at the foot of the mountains, the Trettach and Stillach rivers, and the surrounding trails are just a few minutes’ walk away. A perfect starting point for hikers and cyclists. Right next to the house is a bus stop that—with a digital Kurpass—takes you to almost all tourist destinations free of charge. In winter, this also includes transport to various ski lifts.

The apartment itself features two separate bedrooms, each with a spacious closet, a bathroom with a shower, and a guest bathroom, as well as a large living area with a kitchen, dining area, and a cosy sitting area. In addition to the two bedrooms, an extra sleeping area is available upon request under the gable, which can be reached via a staircase. A small balcony rounds out the space.

You’ll also have access to an underground parking space (maximum clearance height is 1.95 m) and your own basement storage room, where you can store your bicycles (also suitable for charging) in the summer and your ski gear in the winter.

For “workaholics” who cannot—or do not want to—do without a reliable internet connection for work-related purposes even while on holiday, please note that the apartment is equipped with a 1-gigabyte internet connection, which our tenants can use free of charge.

Additional features include: underfloor heating, a heated towel rack in the bathroom, a smart TV with streaming services, a washing machine, a dryer, and an oven.

Due to the current tenant composition in the building, we kindly ask that you refrain from making booking inquiries involving infants, toddlers, and/or children.

We would like to inform prospective guests that the town of Oberstdorf charges a daily visitor’s tax (as of Dec. 2025) of €4.70 per guest; children up to age 11 are exempt, and teenagers up to age 16 pay a reduced rate. Once you have made a confirmed reservation for our apartment, we will handle the registration for you through our portal. After registration is complete, you will receive an email with the relevant links, which you can then access in the “AllgäuWalserPass” app. By agreeing to our house rules and rental terms, you are giving your prior consent to both the process and the reimbursement of the visitor’s tax.
