WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, terrace (100 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises, single garage. Supermarket 600 m, restaurant 2.1 km, café 2.1 km, bus stop 500 m, pebble beach 1.3 km. Please note: airfield close by 3.3 km from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
