The Seaside 53° Apartment 7 welcomes you just 300 meters from the beautiful beach and offers a comfortable retreat for a relaxing stay on the North Sea coast. With 53 square meters of living space, the apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator, ensuring convenient and comfortable access.

The apartment comprises three rooms, including two separate bedrooms, providing individual spaces for up to five people. The spacious living area is modern and comfortably furnished, featuring a cozy sofa, a dining table and a TV, inviting you to unwind after an eventful day. This non-smoking apartment is heated and therefore suitable for year-round use.

A highlight of the apartment is the covered balcony, offering stunning sea views. Here you can relax in the fresh North Sea air, start your day with a cup of coffee or wind down in the evening. Thanks to the garden furniture, you'll always be protected, even in typical North German weather.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and all necessary kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery. Here you can easily prepare your own meals, which you can enjoy either in the separate dining room or on the balcony.
