The bright living room with an open kitchen is the perfect place to unwind and relax. Whether you’re curling up on the cosy spring-core sleeper sofa with a good book or cooking together—here, your holiday instantly feels like home. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, microwave, 4-burner stove, and coffee maker, lets you enjoy culinary independence.

A high-quality box-spring bed awaits you in the separate bedroom—for deep rest after long walks on the beach. The modern bathroom, featuring a window, a walk-in shower, a spacious sink, and a magnifying mirror, makes starting your day especially pleasant. A hair dryer is, of course, provided.

Outside, a small, furnished terrace awaits you—your own private spot to soak up the island sun. There are also two flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi with a password, and a washing machine, dryer, and ironing set in the hallway for shared use.

We’re happy to provide a baby cot upon request—and four-legged companions are also welcome by arrangement.

Each apartment has a unique layout and is lovingly furnished—ranging from cosy and compact to spacious and family-friendly. Whether with a private entrance, a balcony, or a two-story maisonette layout: Everyone will find their perfect holiday home here. Sizes range from approximately 30 m² to 46 m², ideal for couples and families.

All apartments feature a fully equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher, microwave, stove, and coffee maker. High-quality box-spring beds ensure a restful night’s sleep, while cosy spring-core sleeper sofas offer additional space to relax or spend the night. A modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as Wi-Fi and at least one flat-screen TV, are, of course, included.

The building also provides a washing machine, a dryer, and an ironing set for shared use. We’ve even thought of the little ones: A cot is available upon request. Dogs are also welcome in some apartments—please just ask in advance.

The location is a real plus: You’re just a few minutes’ walk from the island’s centre, the beach, or the popular Conversationshaus. Shops, cafés, restaurants, and bike rentals are all within easy reach—yet you’ll enjoy a quiet and relaxed stay here.
