This bright 65 m² apartment in Möhnesee welcomes up to 4 guests with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee maker, filter coffee machine, capsule machine, kettle, and air fryer. High-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, private TV, fan, underfloor heating throughout, and step-free access ensure comfort. Families will find 2 baby beds, 1 high chair, and shared toys and books.



Children up to 7 stay free. Please only enter 2 guests when booking. Children from 8 years stay for an extra charge.



Self check-in is available.



Enjoy the private, covered terrace and secluded garden (approx. 80 m²) with hedge for privacy. There is a storage room for bikes. A shared barbecue is available on the paved area, and there is a clothesline in the garden.



You use a communal parking space at the end of a cul-de-sac; more parking is available on the street. There are shared storage rooms for bikes and skis. Pets and events are not allowed. Smoking is only permitted outside. Quiet hours from 11 pm to 6 am. Commercial photo or film shoots are prohibited.



The hosts live on site but not in your accommodation. Cleaning service is available for an extra charge. Check-in from 2 pm, earlier on request; check-out by 11 am. The lake is just a 10-minute walk away and is ideal for sailing, paddling, and cycling.

Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich empfehlenswert. Die Wohnung ist durch die großen Fenster trotz der dunklen Jahreszeit sehr hell und wirklich toll geschnitten. Frau Plinke hat die Ferienwohnung liebevoll dekoriert und zur Vorweihnachtszeit ist auch alles zusätzlich weihnachtlich dekoriert und beleuchtet. Die Wohnung ist sauber bis in die letzte Ecke. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal da und haben uns wieder richtig wohlgefühlt. Vielen Dank für tolle Zeit. Immer wieder gerne.
