For shared use: swimming pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec., extra). Children's pool, children's playground. Private: terraced garden (not fenced). In the complex: restaurant, bar, sauna, massage, hot tub (all extra), relaxation room, spa area for shared use (extra), kiosk. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Bus stop 50 m, sandy beach "Dümmer See" 50 m, bathing lake "Dümmer See" 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, sailing school 200 m. Please note: suitable for families. The photograph shows a typical example. The holiday properties may differ in living space, floorplan, equipment and furnishing.
"Wolkenfrei", 4-room house 98 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 3 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC, shower/WC. Upper floor: (ladder) open gallery with sloping ceilings with 2 sleeping facilities. Terrace. Terrace furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, sauna, children's high chair (extra), hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.
