Holiday Home “La Petite Maison” with Private Terrace and Garden
Welcome to "Petit Vaurenier"—a charming getaway between countryside and sea in Fréhel, Brittany! This 80 m² house is perfect for 6 guests, offering 2 bedrooms: one with a double bed, the other with 4 single beds (can be arranged as a double). The home features a bathroom, a shower room, and a fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine. Enjoy a workspace, baby cot, high chair, shared toys and books for children, and games for adults. Babysitting is available for an extra fee.
Relax in your private garden or on the open terrace with a barbecue for outdoor meals. The property is set in a large, tree-filled park where you’ll meet horses, donkeys, and goats. A pétanque court is also available.
Shared parking is provided in the garden, along with a communal bike room and 3 bikes for your use. A tennis court is nearby. Parties are not allowed.
The house is at the start of the GR 34 hiking trail to Cap Fréhel and Fort La Latte, just 8 minutes by car from beaches and 1.5 km from the coast. Supermarket and laundromat are 1 km away; golf, sailing, paddleboarding, and horse riding are within 5 km. The hosts live on-site but not in the rental.
Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee.
