Old house of character with Erquy pink stone walls. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 6 including 2 for children). In a quiet street, 5 minutes walk from the beach of Caroual and the city center (all shops). Enclosed garden, terrace, barbecue. TV, DVD, Wifi. Living room with stone wall and exposed beams. Parquet in the bedrooms and the living room. 2 fireplaces. Renovated in 2013-2014-2015. Solid wood furniture. Comfortable bedding. Vintage and neat decoration.

Very quiet, central location

This house is very quiet, even though it's located just a few minutes walk from the beach in one direction, and shops in the other. We barely used our car during our two week stay. We made good use of the extra amenities we were not expecting: the outdoor shower, the second kitchen next to the outdoor table in the patio, and a second restroom accessible from outside. Thank you Bertrand for sharing your wonderful house with us and for your warm welcome!

Wandern und Schlemmen

Das Haus ist gut gelegen. Man erreicht die Mitte des kleinen Ortes mit guten Geschäften ebenso schnell wie den Strand. Die Gezeiten und das Licht über dem Meer waren sehr beeindruckend. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht.

Tolles Haus in super Lage

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub in Erquy verbracht. Das Haus war wirklich super und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wege zum Ort und zum Strand waren kurz. Die Kommunikation mit Bertrand lief unkompliziert. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen. Erquy ist ein wirklich schöner Ort!

Au cœur de la magie d'Erquy

Maison idéalement située : plage et commerces à 5 minutes à pied, la plage du port (véritable carte postale) à 10 minutes. Tout y est confortable entre les chambres spacieuses et la terrasse à l'abri du vent accueillant les premiers rayons de soleil du matin (si! Il fait beau en Bretagne). J'y vais régulièrement depuis 30 ans et cette maison ainsi que leurs sympathiques et chaleureux propriétaires participeront à ce que j'y retourne encore... Merci!
