Sea Side Studio sits directly on the waterfront in the traditional fishing village of Agia Kyriaki, at the southern tip of Pelion. From the balcony, guests enjoy an open, uninterrupted view of the Aegean Sea. The village remains one of Greece’s quieter coastal areas — a place where travelers can still experience genuine local life, fresh seafood by the harbor, and peaceful surroundings far from busy tourist routes.
Sea Side Studio offers direct access to the Aegean coastline in the traditional fishing village of Agia Kyriaki, at the southern tip of Pelion. This compact, comfortable retreat is ideal for guests who appreciate quiet surroundings, sea views, and proximity to local tavernas and the harbor.

The studio includes a double bed, a private bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for preparing light meals. Its spacious balcony overlooks the Aegean Sea and provides a pleasant setting for morning coffee, reading, or dining outdoors. Natural light and simple furnishings create a calm and practical living space.

Guests have full privacy, with exclusive use of the studio, balcony, kitchen, and bathroom. Check-in and check-out are self-managed; keys are provided in person or left securely at the door.

The region is well-suited to swimming, walking, and exploring Pelion’s lesser-known southern coast.

Free public parking is available close to the property. Most essentials such as the beach, tavernas, and small shops are within walking distance, though a car is recommended for visiting nearby villages and beaches. Local buses and taxis also operate regularly, and we can assist with car rental options if needed.
