Villa Ramina is a charming holiday home for 8 people, located directly on the seafront in the enchanting old town of Cala d'Or, Mallorca. From the cliffs, you have direct access to the sea.

Enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this villa with a private pool and sea views. It is situated in a quiet location, from which you can easily reach the sandy cove of Cala Petita, the Cala d'Or marina, and the center of Cala d'Or with its restaurants, shops, and leisure facilities on foot.

Villa Ramina spans three floors and offers several terraces and areas for relaxing and enjoying the sea views.

On the ground floor, there is a living room with access to a veranda with a dining table and views of the pool and the sea. Also on this floor is a spacious kitchen with a pantry and access to the utility room. The dining room, located between the kitchen and living room, also opens onto the veranda. A double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom leads to a small terrace with sea views. A guest toilet is located next to the kitchen.

A staircase leads to the first floor, where you'll find two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. From the first-floor hallway, there's a partially covered terrace with garden furniture – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

From this terrace, an external staircase leads to the top floor, which features a terrace with spectacular views of the sea and Cala D'Or, as well as a twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.

A metal staircase provides direct access from the cliffs to the sea.

NOTE: The villa does not have a television.

Due to the villa's seaside location, there are numerous steps and stairs both inside and outside. Therefore, it is not suitable for children under 10 years old. Please contact us for further information.
