Villa 'Sonho No Mondego' with Mountain View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Welcome to this spacious villa, ideal for up to 14 guests in 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen with dining area and three living rooms with fireplaces. The villa features heating in bedrooms, hallway and kitchen, fast Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, washing machine and a separate workspace. A cot, toys and children's books are available.



The privileged location, close to Penacova's center and one of Portugal's most beautiful river beaches, ensures privacy and tranquility, with magnificent views of the Mondego River and mountains through large windows with shutters, five private balconies and a generous 50 m² porch. The large garden includes a private outdoor pool with sun loungers, outdoor shower and barbecue. Lemon, orange, clementine, fig, olive and loquat trees grow on the property—perfect for children to play or for relaxing in the shade.



Parking is available in several spots on the property and in two shared garages. Pets and smoking indoors are not allowed. Please note: there is an outdoor CCTV camera recording the entrance.



The fenced grounds border a riverside walking and cycling path, with a river beach and restaurant just 200 meters away. You can walk, cycle, swim, fish, SUP or canoe nearby. Bakery, pharmacy and health center are less than 500 meters away. Penacova's center is under 15 minutes on foot. Discover traditional mills and a monastery nearby. Coimbra is a 20-minute drive or you can take the bus right in front of the house.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Penacova !Le logement est situé dans un endroit très calme et agréable, tout en étant à proximité de toutes les commodités et des principaux lieux à découvrir.Un grand merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil, leur gentillesse et surtout leur disponibilité. Ils ont toujours été présents lorsque nous avions besoin d’un renseignement ou d’un conseil, tout en restant très discrets.Un vrai plus également : ils parlent français, portugais, flamand et anglais, ce qui facilite énormément les échanges.Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation, aussi bien pour un séjour en famille que pour profiter tranquillement de la magnifique région de Penacova.Une très belle découverte, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Skønt hus i en fin lille by, tæt på en rigtig dejlig flod

Pros: Huset var stort og rummeligt nok til en stor familie - det er mange soveværelser og hvert soveværelse har eget bad og toilet. Gode fællesområder også, så det føles ikke småt selvom man er mange. Meget hjælpsom vært, der både hjalp med ekstra børnesenge, højstol til småbørn osv.! Cons: Madrasserne på værelserne er til den hårde side.
