Private: property 300 m2 (fenced), lawn and wildlife garden. Terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 14 km, restaurant 4 km, bus stop "Labin" 14 km, pebble beach 4 km. Please note: airfield 44 km from the property.
