Lovely Marin apartment with beautiful views and 10 minutes from one of the best beaches

Our stay at Catherine and Stefano's place in Le Marin was wonderful and relaxing. Catherine and Stefano are wonderful hosts whose knowledge of the country and advice on where to go were invaluable in making our visit to Martinique as enjoyable as it was. The apartments they rent out are spacious, well apportioned, and airy with scenic views from the balcony and windows of Le Marin bay. They are well situated in the hills just outside the city of Le Marin with easy access to stores, markets and restaurants. The charming town of Sainte-Anne (great bakeries, restaurants and bars and a good outdoor market) is just about a 5 minute drive and the amazing Grande Anse des Salines beach is just about 10 minutes away. My family and I liked the place, and Catherine and Stefano, so much that we are planning on going back there next year.

Très bon rapport présentation-prix

L'accueil de Catherine était très aimable et la location tout à fait conforme au descriptif. Il y a plusieurs locations sur place mais la nôtre était un peu à l'écart, ce qui nous convenait parfaitement. La cerise sur la gâteau : la superbe vue depuis la terrasse et la salle à manger est magnifique. Seul bémol, la réserve d'eau chaude (chauffe eau solaire) est un peu juste pour 4 personnes. Pas trop gênant compte tenu des températures de la fin décembre.

Beautiful views!

Very clean. Convenient to touring especially the south. Most of all, very kind and gracious, accommodating hosts. Our only negative is that the bed mattresses could have been more comfortable.

LOCATION IDEALE

Rien à redire ! La location est située dans un cadre verdoyant et très calme avec une vue magnifique sur la baie de Ste ANNE et les environs. Etant venus avec un couple d'amis, nous avons apprécié l'aménagement intérieur confortable qui nous laissait toute intimité et aussi la grande salle du bas bien agencée et laissée à notre disposition. Mais en plus de tout cela nous tenons à remercier les propriétaires pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et pensons bien revenir dès qu'il nous sera possible.

Great Pied a Terre

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was very clean and well situated for exploring the island. The view from the balcony was spectacular. Catherine, the host, is very friendly and a good ambassador for the island. We will be back!

Great Stay

Lovely detached cottage atop a hill with fresh breezes (and no mosquitoes) overlooking Le Marin bay. Excellent location in peaceful nature 5 minutes from town. Also strategically located to reach the many beautiful beaches of southern Martinique. The house itself was roomy, very well equipped and comfortable. The strong wi-fl signal, washer, barbecue and other amenities a real plus too. Best of all were the wonderful hosts. Catherine has lots a good information and tips on how to enjoy Martinique. Their friendly hospitality was superb. As language challenged Americans we also appreciated being able to converse with our helpful hosts in English. Highly recommend!

Wonderful vacation in Catherine's rental!

Catherine's appartement was clean and well-organized with everything we needed. It has beautiful views over hills and the bay. We enjoyed the constant breeze going through the place. Thanks to that we were never too hot and did not have any mosquitoes. No need for AC nor screens! Thank you, Catherine and Serafino, for sharing your love and knowledge of the island, fauna and flora with us too.

Séjour inoubliable et accueil exceptionnel.

L'accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires ( qui nous ont même proposé de faire quelques courses pour notre diner et petit déjeuner car nous arrivions un dimanche soir ! ) ; la situation, l'équipement et le confort de la maison; tout ceci a contribué à faire de notre séjour une période de vacances inoubliables . Si nous retournons à la Martinique il est certain que nous ne chercherons pas un autre lieu pour nos vacances.

Superbes vacances

Nous avons ma femme et moi passé une superbe quinzaine dans la location de Catherine. L'île est magnifique mais en plus nous avons été, d'abord très bien accueillis, et puis très bien installés. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. L'endroit est très bien placé, tout près de la Marina et des plages, tout près également de la côte atlantique. Nous tenons à signaler la disponibilité et la gentillesse de Catherine que nous avons beaucoup appréciée. Vraiment de chouettes vacances.

Une situation panoramique très confortable

Partis en famille une grosse semaine dans cette charmante maison, nous n'étions pas trop inquiets sur les qualités de la prestation. Et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Arrivés sur place, on est déjà happé par le très beau panorama donnant sur l'extrême sud de l'île, formé de nombreuses collines volcaniques avec la mer en toile de fond. La maison est excellemment bien située telle un promontoire entouré de verdure. Son intérieur est spacieux pour 4 personnes, de belle qualité et agréable avec la terrasse idéale pour l'apéro. La propriétaire est très sympathique, de bons conseils et on l'envie de vivre dans un si bel endroit. Je ne vais pas tourner autour du pot, à moins d'être très très difficile, on ne peut qu'être enchanté de séjourner dans un tel endroit. Bravo à Catherine et nous espérons y revenir bientôt avec la petite famille. Alexandre J.

Un séjour parfait

Choisir son lieu de vacances idéal n'est pas chose facile quand on part pour la première fois en Martinique. Et bien en allant chez Catherine et Stefano, vous êtes sur et certain d'avoir un logement confortable et propre. En plus d'être accueillant, ils apportent de nombreux conseils afin de passer un agréable séjour. Merci encore pour votre accueil, et pour cette belle soirée passée le soir du 6 décembre sur votre terrasse. PARADISIAQUE

Bonjour à tous. Déjà enchantés, l'an dernier, par cette location, nous avons tenu à revenir chez ces hôtes si charmants et si respectueux de l'intimité de chacun. L'équipement et la propreté des maisons sont exceptionnels et la situation géographique idéale pour visiter toute l'Ile. Les plages les plus merveilleuses, soit sur l'Atlantique , soit sur la Caraïbe sont à moins de 10km. Les marchés traditionnels aussi. Nous connaissons bien la Martinique, (depuis 30ans) et nous avons trouvé enfin "le" coin de rêve pour héberger nos séjours. Et c'est pour ça que nous re-disons : paradisiaque ! ps : demandez à Stefano de vous parler des plantes qu'il connait en expert ! Quant à Catherine, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité sont un exemple pour tous ceux qui veulent recevoir des hôtes dignement ! Merci à eux. Patrice et Dominique

Excellent Séjour !!!

C'est la 2ème fois que nous louons une maison chez Catherine et Stéphano (en 2005 et en 2015). Les maisons sont toujours aussi bien entretenues,. La vue est très sympa, nous apprécions aussi la tranquillité, l'accueil de Catherine, Stéphano et Michele. La situation géographique est idéale, proche des plages du sud de l'ile et de toutes commodités. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances avec nos 3 enfants en bas âge. Encore merci !!!

Super Standort für den Süden

Sind nun zum 4 .mal bei Catharin zu Gast . Die 4 Häuser sind alle toll und funkionel eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt.Catharin und Ihr Mann sind immer offen und hilfbereit, Sprache ist kein Hindernis.Wir kommen immer wieder gerne .

Maison propre et bien équipée, conforme à la description. Située sur les hauteurs du Marin avec une vue magnifique sur la baie. Bien située pour se déplacer sur l'ile que ce soit sur les plages du Sud ou plus au Nord. Propriétaires agréables et prêts à donner de bons conseils pour visiter l'ile.

Juste Génial !

Un accueil chaleureux, des propriétaires accueillants et forts sympathiques! Une maison hautement sécurisée, une vue splendide, beaucoup de calme agréable pour des vacances reposantes.
