Upstairs, a large 17 m² bedroom has its own bathroom and WC. In a separate wing, two 20 m² bedrooms—one on a mezzanine—share a bathroom and separate WC. Outside, a beautiful landscaped park welcomes you. Enjoy meals on the large terrace, and cool off in the 5 x 10 m pool just steps from the house. The property sits at the edge of a deciduous and coniferous forest, perfect for long walks. The rental is less than 5 minutes from a village with all shops and 15 minutes from the A89 motorway exit. Périgueux and Bergerac are within 30 minutes, and all the famous historical sites of Périgord are less than an hour away. Nearby, local producers offer specialties made from duck, goose, strawberries, walnuts, cabécous, and more. Cleaning is the guest's responsibility. Please leave the property clean when you depart.
