A sunny balcony offers stunning views of the slopes and valley—a true mountain retreat. Located in Villard-de-Lans, in the La Côte 2000 district, the apartment is south-facing and features two balconies overlooking the slopes. It’s ideal for skiing, hiking, cycling, or unwinding year-round.



The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bright living room with two sofa beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with bathtub, and separate toilet. Bed linen is provided.



Non-smoking property, pets not allowed. On site, enjoy a friendly atmosphere: playground, ping-pong tables, pétanque court, and fitness area. The residence also offers a ski locker and secure bike storage. Free parking is available around the building.
