Gîte Le Romarin: Shared Pool, Communal Terrace & Wi-Fi in Courçon
Located in the charming village of Courçon, south of the Marais Poitevin, this 35 m² stone house welcomes up to 4 guests. It features one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa that can be used as an extra bed. The fully equipped private kitchen opens onto the living area, creating an inviting space to share meals and relax. Enjoy Wi-Fi, a private TV, a coffee machine with complimentary coffee and tea to start your stay, and a baby cot.
Outside, you can use the furnished communal terrace and the heated outdoor pool, shared with the owners. Toys and books for children and a ping-pong table are also available.
A shared parking space on site makes your stay easier. Please note that events are not allowed.
Bed linen is included. Towels are not included but can be provided for an extra fee.
The fully renovated house has a bathroom and separate toilet. Just 30 minutes from La Rochelle, it’s an ideal base to explore the region. Additional services such as cleaning, towel rental, and use of the washing machine and dryer are available for an extra fee.
Outside, you can use the furnished communal terrace and the heated outdoor pool, shared with the owners. Toys and books for children and a ping-pong table are also available.
