Nice place

This property is a bit off the beaten path but the apartment is clean and comfortable. The host is helpful and greeted us when we arrived. Directions to access the property were very clear. For a quiet, remote spot, this place is a good choice.

Très bon contact avec Mireille, disponible et arrangeante. Logement facile d'accès, proche de la Rochelle et de l'ile de Ré. Cour très pratique pour se garer. Quelques désagréments avec le Wifi et la télé, mais Mireille va y remédier. Notre petite chienne a adoré jouer avec la sienne.

Gastgeber für Fragen nicht erreichbar

Die Gastgeberin, die wie sich herausstellte direkt nebenan wohnt, hat auf unsere Fragen über Stunden nicht reagiert um uns dann mitzuteilen, dass sie nur französisch kann und nichts versteht. Wir haben es auch mit französischen Wörtern versucht. Man wollte nicht verstehen. Englisch und deutsch auch nicht. Die Wohnung ist krass heruntergekommen, wir hatten keine Bettbezüge es hat übel gerochen, es war nicht sauber und das schlimmste: so viele Fliegen haben wir noch nie an einem Ort gesehen. Erst als ich mich bei der Agentur beschwert habe hat die Gastgeberin es für nötig befunden zu uns zu kommen. „Money back“ hat sie dann doch plötzlich verstanden...also hatte man einfach mal keine Lust uns zu helfen und das war richtig doof für uns, denn wir waren mit einem Baby unterwegs. Sie kam dann am nächsten Morgen 45 min vor Abreise. Das hat natürlich gar nicht geholfen. Auch da erwartete sie, dass wir über Nacht französisch gelernt haben. Wir haben nicht viel erwartet für den Preis. Aber Höflichkeit, Sauberkeit und Erreichbarkeit kosten nichts. Nie wieder!
