Single-family house "Natura", 2 storeys. Above Ičići, in the hamlet Puhari 9 km from the centre of Lovran, 8 km from the centre of Ičići, 9 km from the centre of Opatija, 8 km from the sea. Private: property 4'200 m2, lawn and trees, swimming pool (24 m2, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 02.May. - 07.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, billiard table, trampoline, washing machine. Parking (for 4 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 1 km, pebble beach 8 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
