Cosy terraced house. In the centre of San Biagio della Cima 4 km from the centre of Vallecrosia, 7 km from the centre of Ventimiglia, 18 km from the centre of Sanremo, 4.5 km from the sea. 100 m footpath to the house. Public parking 150 m on the road. Grocery 600 m, supermarket 3.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bar 300 m, bakery 600 m, bus stop 100 m, railway station "Vallecrosia" 4 km, pebble beach 4 km. Please note: car recommended.
"Il Girasole", 3-room terraced house 70 m2. Simple and practical furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Upper floor: (spiral staircase) walk-through room with 1 pull-out bed (2 x 80 cm, length 200 cm). 1 double bedroom (160 cm, length 200 cm). Bath/bidet/WC. Gas heating. Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Beautiful view of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking at the house.
