Ground-floor apartment in a modern neo-Breton house, just 300 meters from the Atlantic coast (GR 34) and 400 meters from Rospico Beach. From the property, follow the coastal path to the renowned thatched cottage village of Kerascoet, continue to Kercanic, then on to Raguénès with its island, and further to Tahiti Beach, leading to the Tévignon headland, famous for its small fishing and pleasure port as well as the lifeboat station for the Glénan archipelago.
Nearby, you’ll find Port Manech with its popular beach, the port of Kerdruc opposite Rosbras with its pleasure boats moored along the Aven, Pont-Aven (10 km), the famous painters’ town, and Concarneau (15 km) with its walled town built by Vauban.
