Welcome to our spacious and tastefully furnished 2.5-room flat in the Engadine, which at 70m2 offers plenty of space for relaxation and well-being. Public transport in the Upper Engadine is included in both summer and winter. Inside you will find a large living room with Swisscom TV and WLAN, an open-plan kitchen equipped with ceramic hob, large fridge, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine with capsule and filter system. Both a bath/WC and a shower/WC are at your disposal and round off the high-quality interior fittings.
There is also a garage parking space (costs CHF 10 per day), which ideally leads directly to the apartment building and lift.
The outdoor area invites you to linger outdoors with the garden and a spacious garden seating area including a large terrace, table and chairs as well as two comfortable loungers. The location close to the cross-country ski trail and hiking trails as well as the included garage parking space make your holiday excursions uncomplicated. There is a bike and ski storage room in the house for sports and leisure equipment.
