The "Tower 27" flat in Świnoujście is particularly appreciated by our guests for its excellent location, high standard of finish and original furnishings.
Our flat is located in a quiet neighbourhood in a modern high-rise building, which was completed in January 2020 and is part of the "Platan Complex" complex.
Guests also have access to a car park in the neighbouring building - for a fee - which significantly increases travel comfort and can be particularly desirable for families with children.
There is a gym, a Thai massage studio and a bicycle hire centre in the immediate vicinity of the Platan Complex. There are shops such as Biedronka supermarket and LIDL nearby, as well as a wide range of bars and restaurants. The flat is also just 700 metres from the German-Polish border crossing. The nearby UBB train station also makes it easy for you to travel to Germany.

It is a very spacious and luxurious flat with two large bedrooms, living room with well-equipped kitchenette and bathroom. Its total area is 70 m2. The usable area is extended by the balcony, where you can spend pleasant moments with a cup of freshly brewed coffee or a glass of your favourite wine.
