The holiday rental is located in the Rezydencja Sienkiewicza residential complex, in the western part of the spa district. The green, peaceful surroundings, close proximity to the forest, and short distance to the promenade and the beach (approx. 200 m) are the advantages of this location. Nearby, there is also a small playground for children, forest hiking trails, the health promenade, the graduation towers, a bike path along the 15-km-long cross-border promenade, and Swinemünde with the imperial spas on the German side of the island of Usedom (Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf, Bansin). An excellent spot for guests seeking peace and quiet and proximity to nature.
IMPORTANT:

The next phase of construction on Henryk-Sienkiewicz Street begins on May 19. During construction, the section between B. Prusa / S. Moniuszki Street and S. Maachowskiego Street will be closed to traffic.

As part of this next construction phase, this section of the street will be completely closed—from the crossroads with B. Prusa / S. Moniuszki to the crossroads with S. Maachowskiego.

This is the so-called Phase 5 of the project, which includes both road and infrastructure work. The work will cause some disruptions, so drivers will need to use alternative routes.



RS1.31:

A comfortable, well-equipped apartment with an area of 53 m², located on the ground floor of a three-story building (access is by stairs only). It consists of a spacious living room with a balcony and a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom.
The living room features a seating area with a comfortable corner sofa (140x200 cm when unfolded), a coffee table, a chest of drawers, and a TV.
The sitting area is connected to the kitchenette by a dining table with 4 chairs.
The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary appliances for preparing and enjoying meals, including a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator.
The windows of the living room and the balcony face south, looking directly out onto the forest.
The balcony is furnished with outdoor furniture (a table and two chairs).
The bedroom, whose windows face north and west, features a double bed and a spacious wardrobe.
The corner window overlooks the complex’s green courtyard and the treetops.
There is also a large closet in the hallway.
Bathroom with toilet, shower, and washing machine.
Wi-Fi is available, as are Polish and German TV channels.
Parking is available in public parking spaces on the street for a fee (paid parking zone year-round).
Pets are not allowed.
Non-smoking property.
Waste separation must be observed.



Check-in is available from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
