Right next to the house you will find a sunbathing lawn in an idyllic garden. Cosy little corners and a beautiful large barbecue area as well as a playground that will also delight our younger guests. The entire outdoor area is available for communal use.

A holiday with us means relaxing, experiencing pure nature and unwinding in a unique landscape with an explosive past. The volcanic Eifel is particularly famous for its many maars (crater lakes). The maars are only a few kilometres away from the holiday flat. They are known as the 'eyes of the Eifel'. You will find your holiday resort of Lutzerath in the Mosel-Eifel recreation region. In the midst of a picturesque landscape with forests, green meadows and deep maars, you will find a paradise that probably best fulfils the demand for unspoilt nature. The village is home to 1500 hospitable inhabitants. You can choose from a wealth of leisure activities, sights and culinary delights - not least the Moselle wine is worth the trip to us. In nearby Bad Bertrich you will find pure wellness and relaxation - the Vulkaneifel Therme, Germany's only Glauber's salt thermal spa in 'Bad Bertrich' and cultural and gastronomic highlights make a trip there an experience. For hiking and cycling enthusiasts, our beautiful Eifel region offers well-developed routes and cycle paths. It is not far to the unspoilt maars - small lakes with clear water, some of which are approved for swimming and boating, or for hiking in idyllic natural beauty.

The house is in a small quiet village with a bakery, grocery store and some places for dinner.
In 20/40 minutes you can be in the touristic places.
It is clean, got shutters in every window for heat.
Kitchen very complete.
The bed is very hard but I slept very good anyways.
You can make a bed (two) of the couch in the cozy living room.
There is a garden with you can use with the other people who rent the ground floor. Garden also very complete.

Het is ons ontzettende goed bevallen. Mooie en complete accommodatie en super aardige gastvrouw en gastheer. Niets is te veel om het de gasten naar de zin te maken. Absoluut aan te bevelen! Bedankt Iris en Werner!
Sehr zu empfehlen, bestens ausgestattete Küche, tolles Wohnzimmerambiente, großes Bett, sehr nette Vermieter. Besonders für Urlauber zu empfehlen, die das Eifelerlebmis mit dem Moseltal verbinden wollten!
Das Motto Urlaub bei Freunden wird nicht nur groß geschrieben, sondern auch wahrhaft gelebt.
Schon im Vorfeld war die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern super freundlich und es hat sich sofort eine sehr angenehme Stimmung verbreitet. Diese hat sich auch bei Ankunft fortgesetzt - man fühlte sich von erster Sekunde an wie zu Hause, als würde man mit zur Familie gehören.
Die Unterkunft ist auch großartig - sehr sauber, modern und richtig liebevoll eingerichtet, mit Allem was man für den Urlaub benötigt. Die Betten sind bequem; Küche, Wohnzimmer und Bad bieten alles, was man zum Urlaub machen braucht. Besonders gut ist auch die schöne Sitzecke im Garten, welche für Jedermann zur Nutzung überlassen ist. Hier hat man genug Platz um sich gemütlich abends noch etwas raus zu setzen. Da alles wind- und sonnengeschützt ist, kann man auch bei Wind und Wetter draußen sitzen und entspannt den Abend ausklingen lassen oder morgens seinen Kaffee an der frischen Luft genießen.
Die Vermieter gesellen sich auch gern für einen kleinen Plausch mit dazu und geben einem gute Infos zu Veranstaltungen oder Ausflugszielen in der Region.
Da das Ferienhaus klein wenig Abseits der Straße und in sehr ruhiger Wohnlage ist, ist es auch eine gute Empfehlung wenn man Kinder hat.
Wir können das Ferienhaus der Familie Marmann absolut bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen - wenn wir wieder einmal Urlaub in der Region Mosel/Eifel machen sollten, werden wir definitiv unseren Urlaub wieder hier verbringen :)
Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich und wir haben uns in der Fewo sofort wohl gefühlt. Bereits das Telefonat vorher zur Schlüsselübergabe war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Fewo ist sehr geräumig, die Einrichtung neuwertig und sehr geschmackvoll. Alles war blitzeblank sauber! Die ruhige Lage hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung sind mit dem Auto rasch zu erreichen. Vielen Dank, liebe Vermieter, für die Ausflugtipps, alles Gute für Sie und viele Grüße aus dem Norden.
