The condo's light tones and pops of color create a welcoming atmosphere that immediately put travelers at ease. As you venture into your home away from home, step into the cheery kitchen on your left for a quick bite. White cabinetry, backsplash, and appliances give this space the bright and airy look that's always trending. You'll find the cabinets and drawers to be well-equipped with pots, pans, dishes, and utensils should you wish to recreate your favorite home-cooked meals during your stay. Before you continue your tour into the dining room, utilize the kitchen's drip coffee maker for a warm afternoon cup of coffee to sip on.

The dining room was practically created for dinner gatherings, family game nights, and merry memory-making with its long, white table and ample seating. With six, quaint chairs around the table and four barstools lining the breakfast bar, there's plenty of room to host your family and any new friends for an evening of food and fun.

While the walls are composed of soothing neutral tones, the condo certainly isn't shy when it comes to vibrant displays of color. The living area features cherry red accent tables, a large, sunshine-yellow sectional, and a colorful assortment of pillows. Invite everyone to cozy up on the huge, wrap-around couch for a family favorite on the large flat-screen TV (complete with DVR and a DVD player!).

If fresh air and sunshine are woven into your DNA, you'll find your earth-loving heart fulfilled in the condo's balcony overlooking the nature preserve. End each day with an evening glass of wine at the outdoor dinette and watch the sun fade over the trees and the chatter of crickets fill the air.

When your eyes grow heavy from the day's fun, retire to the deluxe primary bedroom that's located to the right of the balcony. Stately black furniture, a bold red wall, and a king bed create a regal feeling within the room. Whether you consider yourself a morning person or not, you'll love waking up to both a beautiful view of greenery from the sliding glass door and your favorite show playing on the flat-screen TV. The primary bathroom features a walk-in shower, Jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a double vanity.

While you're catching up on R&R in the primary suite, your family will feel equally as rested in the cheery guest bedrooms. The first bedroom draws guests in with its teal tones and light wicker accents. Don't expect to see your friends or family rising early when there's a luxuriously soft queen bed and flat-screen TV provided! The second guest bedroom hosts two white wrought-iron twin beds, colorful bedding, and a flat-screen TV. These two bedrooms share the guest bathroom which is updated with tile flooring, a standard bathtub, and an extra-long vanity.

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is a full size washer/dryer, cable TV, DVR, a DVD player, and wireless internet.

Oceanwalk is between the beach and a large natural estuary, perfect for the beach lover (across the street from the no drive beach and within 2 miles of the beach driving access), nature lover (kayaking through the wetlands may be fun), or someone who just wants to relax without traveling anywhere.

The 20-building condo complex is located across the street from the beach and features up-to-date, king-size rooms in many different floor plans. Every one of the buildings has shared elevated sun decks on the first-floor level. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Or choose to stay closer to the shore for excellent flats fishing in Mosquito Lagoon, famous for its redfish.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something for everyone.
