Florida Vacay Rentals welcomes you to "Dolphin View"! This direct Oceanfront corner condo provides gorgeous 4th floor balcony views of the Beach, Ocean and Intracoastal Waterways. Completely redecorated and updated, condo #40 includes all new furniture, bedding, and decor.

All of our condos come standard with the Florida Vacay Rentals amenities that you've come to know and love:

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo, along with a starter kit of essentials: Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, packaged kitchen sponge, trash bags, and hand soap. These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your Vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.

My family really enjoyed the beautiful, modern decor of this property. The kitchen was well equipped, and the instructions and communications were precise. Condo is beautifully decorated, amazing views from the wrap around balcony, steps from a wide beach, large pool, kitchen well equipped, lots of towels, comfortable beds, location was far enough away for quite, but close enough for restaurants and grocery stores. Checkin was easy and response was prompt for any questions. Great place. Highly recommended.

Beautiful condo

Stayed 4 nights with son and his wife and their 4 kids, ages 2 to 7. All had a great time and beach and condo could not have been more perfect. Elevator would sometimes drop us on floor 5 instead of the 4 we pressed, but no big deal. The view out the condo is just great. If you are looking for a family-friendly, not crowded and peaceful beach, this is the place.

Unbelievable view!

My family travels frequently and we have rented many condos over the years. This condo was cleaner than ones I’ve rented for twice the price. It wasn’t “perfect” but close enough for this neat freak. Beds were comfy. Condo was large enough for everyone to spread out. Pool was big and we frequently had it to ourselves. The view couldn’t be better! My on suggestions are to finish updating the guest bathroom- the shower really needs to be updated. And I’d suggest bar height furniture on the balcony to be able to see over the railing. The condo had everything we needed for days on the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I called the rental company with a question prior to our arrival and they were very helpful. We loved the location just south of NSB on the peaceful no-drive beach.
