Bright and modern flat, centrally located and easily accessible. Ideal for friends and families, even large ones with grandparents in tow.
The flat is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house. It is accessed directly, without stairs. Favourable exposure and a fine view of the surrounding mountains.
There is a convenient covered car park (no. 8), a communal enclosed area for storing bicycles, buggies, skis and sledges, as well as a small yard for communal use.
The flat consists of:
- two bedrooms: the first with a double bed (160 x 190 cm) and the second with two bunk beds (90 x 200 cm), sleeping a total of 6; there is a built-in wardrobe in both rooms
- a large living room with two sofas, which can accommodate 2 additional persons on occasion
- a bright and fully equipped kitchen
- a large bathroom with shower, toilet and bidet
- a second, smaller bathroom with toilet and washbasin
- a convenient storage room
