Beautiful, quiet location directly on the lake. For families and families with children. Small, quiet beach with lake access approx. 50 m from the property. Beaches with restaurants, buffets, playgrounds from approx. 300 m. Grocery shops from 800m.
Swimming pool 55 square metres (5.2m x 10.6m x 1.4m. Water height 1.2m). Swimming pool use together with the second half of the house. The second half of the house is rented separately. The total plot is 1000 square metres and fenced.

Our semi-detached house consists of two flats.
One flat for max. six persons is located on the ground floor with a living space of approx. 60 sqm, air conditioning, 22 sqm terrace.
It has a dining room with TV and a kitchen with gas cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle, microwave with oven and grill function and coffee machine. Shower, separate WC. Two bedrooms with double bed (one bedroom with LED TV) and a small bedroom with double sofa bed 160 x 200 cm in comfort height, approx. 45 cm, recommended for 2 children. There is also a shower and separate WC as well as a large 22 square metre covered terrace.
The second flat with separate house entrance for six people with an area of 70 square metres is spread over two floors, one part on the ground floor and the other on the upper floor. The part of the flat on the ground floor is 20 square metres in size and has a kitchen with a 2-burner gas hob, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. There is also a dining area and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The upper floor has an area of approx. 50 sqm and consists of a bedroom and living room with air conditioning, pull-out couch 160 x 200 cm in comfort height approx. 45 cm recommended for 2 children or teenagers, LED TV.
Two double bedrooms. A large covered balcony.
Blinds and fly screens on all windows and balcony doors. The flats remain pleasantly cool even when outside temperatures exceed 30 degrees.
No smoking in the house. Smoking is possible on the terraces, balconies and garden terrace, pavilion. The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating. Separate laundry room. Laundry service free of charge.
