Discounts for the Sealife aquarium, for the Aalbeek bird park with its 52-species owl collection, for the Baltic Sea thermal baths in Scharbeutz, for the Niendorf indoor swimming pool, for public transport buses, for the Hansa-Park Sierksdorf 20 km away and for the Hemmelsdorfer-See nature reserve. From the picturesque Niendorf fishing harbour and marina, excursion steamers depart several times a day to a wide variety of destinations along the coast and up the Trave. The nearby 5-lake plateau near Malente awaits you for a romantic boat trip.
