The holiday house newly built in 2009 in the developing Baltic Sea holiday village of Zierow is characterised by energy efficiency and was presented on the National Day of Architecture 2009.

The holiday house has two furnished wooden terraces, a car parking space and a bicycle shed.

The living space of the fully-equipped and furnished holiday house measures 70m² and is ideal for families of up to six people. The centrepiece of the house is the open living room-kitchen. A built-in oven, a ceramic hob, a sink, a fridge with a freezer compartment and a dishwasher will make self-catering enjoyable. There are two separate bedrooms of 10m² each with a double bed and two single beds. The tastefully furnished living room with a flatscreen TV has a leather sofa that can be converted into an additional bed for two people. A child’s travel bed is also available.

Zierow is in the beautiful Wismar bay. The house is situated on a new holiday house estate near the beach. The Baltic Sea with its beautiful sandy beach and a surf school is 700 metres away. There are attractive leisure facilities nearby: the Baltic Sea long-distance cycle path from Zierow towards Boltenhagen or Wismar and riding stables about 200 metres away, or an 18-hole golf course in Hohen Wieschendorf about 6km away. The Hanseatic town of Wismar with the Wonnemar leisure pool is 8km away and the Baltic Sea town of Boltenhagen is 17km away.
