This detached house is quietly situated at the edge of the locality very close to the forest, on a side street with little traffic in the climatic spa town Hohegeiß.
The large, furnished terrace provides a parasol and a Weber charcoal grill. The site is not fully fenced and the enormous lawn has ample space for playing and fun.
The ground floor of around 55m² consists of a living room with a TV and sofa, a fully-equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dining corner, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower and WC. The upper floor comprises three bedrooms each with a washbasin. The first bedroom is furnished with a French bed (140 x 200cm), a radio, a dresser and a wall cupboard, the second bedroom with a double bed (200 x 200cm), a flatscreen TV, a radio, two wall cupboards and two dressers. The third bedroom has two large single beds (90 x 200cm), a radio and a little TV. There are a washing machine and dryer in the cellar.
The property is a good starting point for getting to the Brocken with the narrow gauge railway. The climatic spa town and winter sports resort of Braunlage is just 12km away and easy to get to by bus or car. In winter the illuminated cross-country skiing trail runs past the house about 100 metres away. The access to the Hohegeiß alpine ski centre is also nearby.
