The holiday flat is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Büsum. You can reach the North Sea in just 3 minutes on foot and have the choice: find peace and relaxation at the Wadden Sea National Park. Take endless walks in the mudflats. Marvel at the biodiversity of the Wadden Sea and watch the animals. Or take a refreshing dip in the North Sea. Opt for tide-independent sports, leisure and bathing fun at the Perlebucht family lagoon, which opened in 2013 and is one of the most modern beaches (sandy beach) on the North Sea coast of Schleswig-Holstein with its newly designed island. The holiday flat is the ideal starting point for extensive hiking and cycling tours inland.
The "Silbermöwe" holiday flat is a lovingly furnished flat (mezzanine floor) in Büsum on the Perlebucht family lagoon. You can expect a friendly living room with a comfortable leather corner sofa that can be converted into a bed for 2 people (mattress). A large flat-screen TV, Blu-Ray player and a radio with CD player are available. The cosy dining area seats up to 4 people. The cosy pantry kitchen is functional and fully equipped. A coffee filter machine is available for making coffee. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a wardrobe. The cosy holiday flat is furnished in Scandinavian style and invites you to relax. Dogs are very welcome. Due to the size of the holiday flat, a maximum occupancy of 2 medium sized dogs is possible. Bed linen and towels can be booked for a fee.
The holiday flat is located in a very well-kept residential complex. The balcony is equipped with garden furniture and parasol. A lockable garage (shared with guests from 2 other holiday flats) is available for bicycles etc. that you have brought with you. You can park your car in one of the three communal car parks in the entire apartment complex.
Dogs are very welcome in the Silbermöwe! But please be considerate and observe the following rules:The letting to dog owners requires a dog liability insurance and a vermin protection. Your four-legged friend is not allowed on the seating or in the beds. The landlord reserves the right to charge the costs for a special cleaning of the property in the event of gross soiling (e.g. excessive dog hair).
