We will contact you in the next few days to ask you to send us a copy of your identity document or passport and those travelling with you, so that we can complete the registration process, as required by law.
Your data will be treated with the utmost care and in compliance with Legislative Decree 101/2018 and the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679).
We remind you that, without these documents, we will not be able to allow you access to the accommodation.
Furthermore, we remind you that the tourist tax is €1.50 per night per person from 6 years old to 75 years of age.
On your arrival, the following charges must be paid in cash
-the deposit, which will be returned after we have checked that there is no damage (even after a few days by bank transfer),
- tourist tax,
- cleaning fee (€100)
-electricity costs,
- if you have booked it, car parking (€7 per day).
-If you also have bikes of your own, we ask you to consider their parking: in this case the total cost for car + bike is €10 per day. 🚗🚲

Check-in is available 24 hours a day, because our accommodations are equipped with a box-key where you will find the keys.
We will send you the code to open it via WhatsApp (or email) only when we have received your documents a few days of your arrival, with all the necessary information for your stay at our accommodation (if you don't have the app, we recommend you install it!).
On the kitchen table you will find documents to sign in duplicate: one copy stays with you, the other with us. ✍️
For any communication, feel free to use WhatsApp, it is the easiest and most direct way to keep in touch with us. 💬
🧺 Using the washing machine
The first wash (maximum 60 minutes) is free of charge.
Each subsequent wash costs €4.
The washing machine is managed by us via Wi-Fi, so we can see the number and duration of washes.
If the time is extended or the programme is changed, the washing machine will automatically stop and it will not be possible to retrieve the clothes without our intervention.
👉 We advise you to warn us each time you use it and to set a short wash at full load.
🚫 It is forbidden to wash shoes!
