Strategic geographical position for reaching many places of art and culture in central Italy (from Urbino/Assisi to Florence/Rome) and for reaching the nightlife resorts of the Romagna coast (Rimini/Riccione).

The numerous surrounding villages, rich in history with their castles and museums, as well as truffle and mushroom patriae with their numerous food and wine festivals (Acqualagna, Sant'Angelo in Vado, Urbania, Apecchio, Piobbico) are just a few minutes' drive away.
