The accommodation comprises two cosy bedrooms, both equipped with large double beds and air conditioning to guarantee you a good night's sleep even in the warm summer months. The living room not only offers additional air conditioning, but also a sofa bed and a dining table for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen has a gas hob, oven, dishwasher and a large fridge with freezer compartment. There are also two bathrooms, including all amenities such as a washing machine, shower and bidet. All the windows and doors of the house are fitted with mosquito nets and shutters to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The outdoor area of the house leaves no doubt about its exclusivity. A huge 50 square metre terrace, 30 square metres of which is covered, is exclusively for your use. Equipped with a dining table, chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue, it offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding rocky hills, which are densely covered with plants and trees. Additional charm is added by a patio behind the house, which is also entirely yours. Well-tended garden areas and strips of plants complete the picture and create an oasis of tranquillity.

Away from the hustle and bustle, in a quiet street that only leads to a few other houses and an excellent restaurant just 240 metres away, you will find your own personal retreat here. For beach lovers, the nearest beach is only 2.4 kilometres away, accessible via paths with breathtaking views.
